What sits behind a sentence

Every clinical claim in the course carries a footnote to a primary document — a consensus report, a regulator’s publication, a named journal article with its DOI or PMID — recorded in a source registry that is part of the repository rather than a bibliography page. Practice items cite the same registry, so an explanation can be traced to the document it came from rather than to an author’s recollection.

Where a number could not be confirmed at the issuing body, the course says so and no item is keyed on it. That is a deliberate and slightly uncomfortable rule: a confidently wrong threshold is worse than an acknowledged gap, and prep material that quotes a bright line the regulator has never drawn is how candidates end up defending an answer that was never right.

What the review actually binds

A credentialed dentist approves a file, not a product. The approval records a SHA-256 digest of that file’s exact text, and the application recomputes it on every read. If a single character changes afterwards, the digest stops matching and the file leaves the product until it is reviewed again.

This fails closed on purpose. Unreviewed clinical content is not shown with a caveat, it is not shown at all — so what you can see is, by construction, what has been reviewed. The same rule blocks the shortcut that would make all of this theatre: re-stamping the digest after an edit would assert that the reviewer approved text she never read, so the tooling refuses to do it and asks for a new review instead.
