Terms for using Dentovio.

Dentovio provides licensed access to digital educational materials. Your checkout gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials made available through your account.

That license does not transfer unrestricted ownership of the digital materials to you. You may not treat access as an owned digital asset that can be resold, copied broadly, or redistributed.

You may use Dentovio only for your own personal study and exam-prep use.

You may not:

• share account access with another person
• copy, republish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the materials
• upload substantial portions of the materials to third-party platforms
• scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract the content or question bank
• attempt to bypass security, access controls, or entitlement checks
• use the materials to build a competing product or dataset

Access is tied to the Dentovio account associated with your sign-in email. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email inbox and any device session used to access the site.

Dentovio may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes an account is being misused, shared, copied, scraped, or used in violation of these Terms.

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions completed through the hosted checkout flow. Billing records or card statements may reference Lemon Squeezy or a related descriptor.

Dentovio relies on order and fulfillment data from Lemon Squeezy to attach access to the correct account and administer access.

Prices may change prospectively at any time. Unless a different statement is made clearly at checkout or required by law, all sales are final.

Dentovio sells licensed access to digital educational materials, so no general refund right is offered for completed orders.

Dentovio provides educational materials only. The content is not legal advice, medical advice, professional licensure advice, or a substitute for your own review of controlling authorities and professional judgment.

Dentovio aims to present current and accurate educational content, but does not promise that the materials are complete, error-free, or sufficient for any particular exam outcome.

Dentovio may update, revise, reorganize, add, or remove materials, features, or pages over time. Dentovio may also change how content is delivered if platform, licensing, technical, or legal conditions change.

If Dentovio, Lemon Squeezy, or another provider loses the ability to support a particular feature or content format, Dentovio may modify that part of the service without creating unrestricted ownership rights in the underlying materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentovio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from use of the site or materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentovio’s total liability for a claim relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Dentovio may update these Terms from time to time. When that happens, Dentovio may revise the effective date and replace this page with the updated version.

Continued use of Dentovio after updated Terms are posted means the updated Terms will apply going forward.
