Terms for using Dentovio.

Dentovio provides licensed access to digital educational materials. Your checkout gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials made available through your account.

That license does not transfer unrestricted ownership of the digital materials to you. You may not treat access as an owned digital asset that can be resold, copied broadly, or redistributed.

You may use Dentovio only for your own personal study and exam-prep use.

You may not:

• share account access with another person
• copy, republish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the materials
• upload substantial portions of the materials to third-party platforms
• scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract the content or question bank
• attempt to bypass security, access controls, or entitlement checks
• use the materials to build a competing product or dataset

Access is tied to the Dentovio account associated with your sign-in email. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email inbox and any device session used to access the site.

Dentovio may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes an account is being misused, shared, copied, scraped, or used in violation of these Terms.

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions completed through the hosted checkout flow. Billing records or card statements may reference Lemon Squeezy or a related descriptor.

Dentovio relies on order and fulfillment data from Lemon Squeezy to attach access to the correct account and administer access.

Prices may change prospectively at any time. Dentovio sells licensed access to digital educational materials.

For the California Dental Law & Ethics product, access to the study materials is provided for 180 days from the date of purchase. This applies to orders placed on or after July 18, 2026; orders placed before that date keep the terms in effect when they were purchased, including any guarantee those terms described.

INBDE — Access Until You Pass. The INBDE founding-cohort offer carries an access promise, not a refund promise, on these terms:

• Access Until You Pass applies to founding-cohort INBDE purchases and keeps your account's INBDE access active until you pass the INBDE.
• It is an access promise, not a refund promise: it does not include an automatic refund if you do not pass.
• Access is for one candidate and one account; sharing accounts ends the promise.
• If Dentovio stops accepting new INBDE customers, active founding accounts retain access to the then-current INBDE materials until they pass, subject to these Terms.

Access Until You Pass keeps your INBDE account access active until you pass; it does not by itself refund the purchase if you do not pass, and it is not a promise of any particular exam outcome.

Dentovio provides educational materials only. The content is not legal advice, medical advice, professional licensure advice, or a substitute for your own review of controlling authorities and professional judgment.

Dentovio aims to present current and accurate educational content, but does not promise that the materials are complete, error-free, or sufficient for any particular exam outcome.

Dentovio may update, revise, reorganize, add, or remove materials, features, or pages over time. Dentovio may also change how content is delivered if platform, licensing, technical, or legal conditions change.

If Dentovio, Lemon Squeezy, or another provider loses the ability to support a particular feature or content format, Dentovio may modify that part of the service without creating unrestricted ownership rights in the underlying materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentovio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from use of the site or materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentovio’s total liability for a claim relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Dentovio may update these Terms from time to time. When that happens, Dentovio may revise the effective date and replace this page with the updated version.

Continued use of Dentovio after updated Terms are posted means the updated Terms will apply going forward.
