How to join
1. Apply through Lemon Squeezy
Tell us who you help, which course fits, and where you would share it. Include a public channel link and an example of your content. Lemon Squeezy reviews your affiliate account; Dentovio reviews each program application for a first group of 5–10 partners.
2. Get approved and set up your link
After approval, complete Lemon Squeezy’s affiliate and payout setup. We agree on your first course, channel, and useful piece of content before you promote.
3. Share, disclose, and review results
Use your assigned link with a clear commission disclosure. We review referred sales, refunds, and learner fit over an initial 60-day pilot.

Commission and eligible sales
Earn 25% of the amount paid for an eligible course after discounts and excluding tax, before affiliate payout fees. Only paid orders attributed to your approved link qualify. Free resources, ClaimReady, CE, self-referrals, fraudulent orders, and untracked purchases do not qualify. Refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders have their commissions reversed or adjusted.
Attribution
The referral window is 30 days, with credit assigned to the first referring partner recorded by Lemon Squeezy. Use your assigned affiliate link so eligible purchases can be attributed. Tracking depends on browser support and can be lost when cookies are blocked or a learner changes devices. A link click alone does not earn a commission.
Helpful, honest promotion
Share original, useful content for an audience you serve. Put a clear commission disclosure beside your recommendation or link. Describe only what you have actually used or checked; follow each course page’s current scope, availability, price, and review status. Do not promise exam results, invent testimonials, imply board endorsement, or share recalled exam material.
Approved channels only
Use only the channels agreed during onboarding. No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, coupon or deal-site syndication, paid search or brand bidding, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, impersonation, or redistribution of paid course materials. Organizations must have permission to participate under their own policies.
Approval and pilot changes
Applications are reviewed individually; applying does not activate a referral link or guarantee acceptance. Participation requires acceptance of these conditions and Lemon Squeezy’s affiliate terms. Either side may end participation. Dentovio may pause promotion or remove partners for violations; valid previously earned commissions remain subject to refund and fraud checks. Any future rate or eligibility change will be communicated before it applies to new referrals.

Payouts
Lemon Squeezy manages payouts with a $10 minimum for this pilot and a 30-day commission holding period. It deducts 2% of each commission; payout-provider and currency-conversion fees may also apply. Partners must complete payout setup in a supported country. Earnings are not guaranteed.
