Mandatory courses (count toward totals unless noted): 2-hr Prevention of Medical Errors every biennium; 2-hr HIV/AIDS at first renewal; 2-hr Domestic Violence every THIRD biennium; 2-hr safe/effective prescribing of Controlled Substances every biennium (applies to dentists who prescribe). CPR/BLS: current BLS-level CPR certification required (must be a LIVE course; in addition to CE hours).
