Per Table 16.1 of JCNDE's 2025 Technical Report, 2025 first-attempt pass rates were 92.8% for CODA-accredited candidates and 65.1% for the non-accredited cohort; retakes passed at 73.0% and 49.5%. Overall, 20.8% of the 12,239 candidate administrations failed. The non-accredited cohort includes many internationally trained candidates but is not a nationality count, and JCNDE publishes no single combined pass rate by nationality or school.
