INBDE Day 2 is 140 case-based questions in 4 hours 15 minutes: Sections 5 and 6 with 70 questions each at 105 minutes per section — 90 seconds per question on average — separated by one scheduled 15-minute break. Every question is framed by the Patient Box, the on-screen panel of patient-visit information (not a physical box); a blank field means the information is unknown, and candidates must consider everything the box shows. Day 2 must occur within 7 days of Day 1 at the same Prometric test center.
