Hygienists: 45 hours per 3 years, of which up to 15 hours may be self-study/online; mandatory minimums of 3 hrs infectious diseases/infection control and 3 hrs in one of chemical dependency, tobacco cessation, ethics, risk management, or Arizona dental jurisprudence per cycle; CPR/BLS.
