Two hundred of the exam's 500 items are case-based, and the whole second day is Patient Box testlets. Case practice is the core of this product, not a bonus tab — chart reading, distractor filtering, and endurance.
Fresh to the current standard
JCNDE implemented a new performance standard in June 2024; the overall failure rate rose from 8.7% in 2023 to 16.1% in 2024. Every Dentovio item is written now from source-cited clinical references for the exam as it stands — not patched from pre-2024 material.

Access Until You Pass
Your access does not expire before you pass.
Founding-cohort INBDE access does not expire on a timer: your account keeps full access to the INBDE question bank and case simulations until you pass the INBDE.
- Access Until You Pass applies to founding-cohort INBDE purchases and keeps your account's INBDE access active until you pass the INBDE.
- It is an access promise, not a refund promise: it does not include an automatic refund if you do not pass.
- Access is for one candidate and one account; sharing accounts ends the promise.
- If Dentovio stops accepting new INBDE customers, active founding accounts retain access to the then-current INBDE materials until they pass, subject to these Terms.
