For dental license renewal in Wyoming, dentists need 16 hours / 2 years (biennial) and dental hygienists need 16 hours / 2 years (biennial). Dental assistants: No CE hour requirement stated for dental assistant permit holders (radiograph, pit-and-fissure sealant permits). Permits renew every 2 years in odd-numbered years; radiograph permits historically renewed annually per some sources. No CE hours specified by the Board's CE page.. Biennial (2-year) renewal cycle for dentists and hygienists; renewal deadline December 31 with a grace period Jan 1–Mar 31.
