## Renewal cycle and mandatory topics

One-time 4-hr bioterrorism course (NRS 631.342) required within 2 years of initial licensure. Controlled-substance registrants: at least 2 hrs per licensure period on controlled-substance misuse/abuse/opioid prescribing/addiction. Renewals must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by June 30.
